The Quality Team’s function is to provide support across TST’s integrated teams (Engineering, Operations, Customer Services, Finance, HR and HSE). This means promoting customer focus through effective teamwork and communication within these teams, with customers, and with external suppliers. Team members are proficient in understanding customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting problem resolution.
Key functions of the Quality Team include:
Calibration control
Control of internal and external instructions and specifications
External audit hosting
Internal auditing and audit program management
