Further to making our pledge under the Armed Forces Covenant, Turbine Surface Technologies (TST) are proud to announce that we have now received the Bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers to defence personnel.
The Bronze award is granted once a company has signed the Armed Forces Covenant and is working to actively promote being an ‘armed forces-friendly employer,’ which is developing its recruitment and workplace policies in support of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (DERS).
