Our Apprenticeship Programme is a combination of different learning mechanisms. You will earn whilst you learn, undertaking a nationally recognised professional qualification as well as gaining job specific skills by working alongside experienced TST colleagues.
We value our apprentices and the contribution that they make to the success of our business. Our Apprentices are paid an hourly rate based upon the higher rate of the National Living Wage. We also acknowledge the importance of rewarding company and individual achievement, which is why we also include the Apprentices in our company bonus scheme.
