TST has an inclusive work culture, where employees know they are an integral part of the organization and can show up fully, without feeling they must hide or minimize any part of themselves.
We are celebrating our inclusion activity campaign with various events during May – painting some of our pedestrian crossings rainbow colours, launching our video Everyone is Awesome, holding a bake off competition, a Lego® Masters competition and dressing in bright colours. All these activities celebrate how unique we all are at TST, we encourage all our Team Members to recognise and celebrate the best in each other.
