On Tuesday 19th December TST held their third annual Performance through our People (PTOP) Performance Awards. The TST Performance Awards aim to highlight the achievements of both teams and individuals across the business. While profit is certainly a sign of company success, there are many other aspects of our business such as innovation, improving the business process, the importance of sustainable business practices team work and making a difference. These awards give us the opportunity to recognise the excellent hard work achieved.
Our awards also celebrate the success of a range of solutions to the business challenges that we face as a growing business today – solutions that have not only improved the company landscape but will help achieve business success now and in the future. This year there were six award categories -5 based around the 2024 BPD (Business Plan Deployment) and then more specific areas such as the Spirit of TST, General Manager’s Choice and the Customer Award. With over 50 nominees across the categories the day was a great success. We were very pleased to welcome guests from Rolls-Royce Turbines who joined in with the celebrations and presented the Customer Focus Award. Congratulations to all the Winners!
