We’ve been celebrating International Women’s Day by highlighting all the women who work at TST and showcasing the various business roles they excel in. We also had an Afternoon Tea and Listening Session. Sophie Day , Head of Operations and Carley Anderson, Head of QA, HS&E and Site Services hosted the session and gave an overview of their careers. It was also an ideal opportunity for:
- Open forum discussion of how it feels to be a Woman working at TST
- Action planning on improvements needed
- An opportunity to eat cake!
The event gave all the women time to get together and discuss career options, training and development and to share experiences working at TST. #IWD2022
