On Wednesday 15th December TST held their inaugural Performance through our People (PTOP) Performance Awards. The TST Performance Awards aim to highlight the achievements of both teams and individuals across the business. While profit is certainly a sign of company success, there are many other aspects of our business such as innovation, improving the business process, the importance of sustainable business practices team work and making a difference. These awards give us the opportunity to recognise the excellent hard work achieved.
Our awards also celebrate the success of a range of solutions to the business challenges that we face as a growing business today – solutions that have not only improved the company landscape, but will help achieve business success now and in the future. There are eight award categories -5 based around the 2022 BPD (Business Plan Deployment) and then more specific areas such as the Spirit of TST, General Manager’s Choice and the Customer Award. With over 40 nominees across the categories the day was a great success and we even managed to hold the event in brilliant sunshine so we all were COVID safe throughout.
