To ensure focus is maintained on the intake of future talent, we have recently recruited 2 new Apprentices for the Laboratory Department, they will be completing their Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship over the next 18 months.
We are currently working with Nottingham College to recruit Apprentices in the following areas: Maintenance, IT, HS&E and Engineering.
This will give us the opportunity to “Grow our Own” talent for our future. The success of our business strategy is driven by knowledge transfer between our experienced engineers and newly recruited employees.
